Breast Lift
A Breast Lift, also known as Mastopexy, is
the procedure of raising and reshaping a woman’s breast,
making them firmer and more shapely. This is performed
by removing sections of loose breast skin as well as
reshaping a portion of the internal breast tissue. As
part of the Breast Lift
Procedure, breast implants may be used if
desired to further reshape and increase the size of a
woman’s breasts. Breast Lifts will also reduce some of
the stretch marks associated with drooping breasts.

Breast Lift surgery.
Reasons For
Choosing A Breast Lift
 The
ageing process gradually reduces the elasticity of the
skin as well as reduces the strength of the ligaments
that assist in retaining the breasts structure. Also,
there are other factors which can contribute to a
woman’s breasts drooping which include:
- Loss of breast volume due
to pregnancy and breast feeding.
- Weight gain

Breast Lift –
Making The Best Choices For You.
There are a number of
considerations when deciding to have a Breast Lift.
Choosing whether you require breast implants or not is
an important part of the decision making process. So too
is the shape and size of your Breast Lift that
ultimately suits you best. Also an important
consideration is whether you are still planning to have
more children. This is because pregnancy and breast
feeding are likely to stretch your breasts and
potentially counteract the results of your Breast Lift.
To make the best choices for
you and give you the
results you desire, it
is imperative to have the right information and to be
guided through the process by an experienced Surgeon.
During a professional consultation with Dr Goldman, he
will guide you through each step and provide you with
extensive reading material to take home which will
assist you in the decision making process.
