Cosmetic and Wellness clinic Appointment Policy
and Clinic Etiquette
We recommend you book appointments well in
advance to secure your preferred date, time and
therapist. We will send you an SMS or contact
you prior to confirm your appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for all our clients, a
minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel
or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation or
time change within this time will result in a
50% fee
being charged. “No Show” appointments are
charged the full price of the treatment booked.
Clinic Etiquette
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
treatment. This allows you time to relax and
enjoy some herbal tea or water and it enables us
to ensure that your details are current and
correct.
What if I am late for
my appointment?
Arriving late will limit your treatment time,
and please be advised that your treatment will
end on time so that the next client is not
delayed. |
